Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using rootonce.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. RootOnce (“we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Services Provided

RootOnce provides custom AI-powered growth systems for local businesses, including but not limited to: automated client nurture sequences, referral systems, CRM integrations, and growth dashboards. Services are delivered on a per-client basis following a discovery consultation.

Accounts & Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a contact form.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Client dashboard access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked if terms are violated.
• You may not share your login or grant access to unauthorized third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission

Intellectual Property

All systems, automations, templates, and deliverables created by RootOnce remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement. Clients receive a license to use deliverables built for their business. The underlying frameworks, code, and methodologies remain ours.

Client Data

You retain ownership of your business data (CRM exports, review data, client lists). We use your data solely to build and operate your growth system. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or referral volumes. Results depend on your business, market, and engagement.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to client dashboards will be revoked. We will provide a reasonable period to export any data you own.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
